At Monde de Lumiere, we take pride in offering high-quality, handcrafted candles that are made with care and attention to detail. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes returns or refunds may be necessary.
We have a 7-day return policy for eligible items. If you wish to initiate a return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number within 7 days of receiving your package. Please note that the following conditions must be met for a return:
- The item must be in its original condition and packaging, including the free gift.
- The item must not have been used or altered in any way
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- When returning an item, you must provide us with the tracking information for the shipment. This helps ensure a smooth return process and allows us to track the package's progress.
- Please ensure that the returned product is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.
Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets the above criteria, we will proceed with processing your refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that bulk orders, sale items, and personalized candles are NOT eligible for returns.
Please note that as we hand pour every item in small batches, no two items are identical. Due to the nature of our production process, it is common and expected to observe certain characteristics such as bubbles, frosting, or slight color variations in our candles. These unique features contribute to the handmade charm and individuality of each candle. We believe that they enhance the overall aesthetic and do not affect the performance or quality of the product. Therefore, please understand that these variations do not qualify as defects and are not eligible for refunds. We appreciate your understanding and continued support.
In the event that you receive a candle that is damaged during shipment or if we have mistakenly sent you the incorrect candle, you are eligible for a refund.
Refund Requests & Process
To request a refund, you must contact us at email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. To assist us in resolving the issue promptly, please provide us with the following information.
- Order number
- Product(s) for refund
- Detailed description of the damage
- Clear Photograph showcasing the damage
We aim to process and prepare your order for shipment within 1-4 business days. Once your order is shipped, we will promptly provide you with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the progress of your package.
